Lansil Golf Club triumph at home winning the Three Counties Trophy

Here is our Vice Captain Andy Barwick with the winning trophy in place of our Captain Stephen Rigby.

Here are a few words from the Captain…..

A massive thank you to Andy and Marc for stepping in for me today hosting the Three Counties and also Rob for double checking all cards.

We came out overall winners with a score of 155 with scores of 40, 39, 38 and 38 beating both Settle and Casterton who both scored 143 points.

Well done to everyone who played, you did Lansil proud

Welcome to Lansil Golf Club, with stunning 360 degree views of the Lakeland Hills, Trough of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales and the beautiful historic city of Lancaster you’ll have more than just our amazing 9 holes to look at.

This 9-hole course has a variety of tees meaning that the front and back 9 are totally different and with a par of 69 off the white tees and 70 off the yellows & reds Lansil is a fair test of golf for golfers of all abilities.

Lansil Golf Club is a registered signatory to the R&A Women in Golf Charter, supported by England Golf. This means we are creating a more inclusive culture that encourages more women and girls to thrive in the game.

We are also SafeGolf accredited meaning that we meet England Golf’s high standards to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

Our clubhouse provides a venue for all occasions including, weddings, social events, business meetings and exhibitions. The ideal venue – we can provide the full package.
